Peaches & Cream End Table Before & After

Hello bloggerettes! I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer and finding time to relax and smell the roses.

Before I share this makeover I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all my Google+ and Facebook followers.  To show you I am giving you a 20% discount on anything in my Etsy shop on an order of $50 or more.  Just use the following coupon codes when you check out FBFANS78 or for Google  GOOGLEFAN20.

Now I thought I'd take a minute to share a cute little end table I recently finished with you.

Here is the after...

and here is what I started with.

It was in very rough shape but had good bones, solid wood and great details.

I first painted the piece in "Old White" chalk paint then taped it off and painted the peach stripes. I mixed different colors of Annie Sloan chalk paint until I got the peach color I wanted.

I then applied a wreath stencil and a number to the top.

Next I waxed it and antiqued it with a burnt umber wash.

Lastly, I dry brushed the details and hardware with Pure White, distressed, and then gave it a final coat of clear wax.

I hope you enjoyed my little table.

Have a great week.
Hugs,

Peggy, I love this!! I think it's one of my favorite colors. You've inspired me to change the color on a cabinet I need to re-do.
